For the outside of your Pollie: Take a soft magic sponge, the secret weapon that effortlessly makes stains disappear. Moisten the sponge slightly with lukewarm water and wipe the stains away with soft, and of course loving, movements. Then all you have to do is pat the surface dry with a clean cloth and let your Pollie air dry.

Want to freshen up your Pollie's lining? No problem! Start by emptying your bag and wiping away any dust. If there are any stains, grab a microfiber cloth, magic sponge or soft cotton cloth and gently dab with a mild soap or a special fabric stain remover. Rinse with lukewarm water and let it air dry before putting your stuff back. If there are still any nasty odors, you can lightly spray a mixture of water and vinegar over the lining and let it dry. Your Pollie will smell fresh and fruity again!

We advise against putting Pollie in the washing machine. If you still want to do so, use a short, cold cycle without spinning.
