How long does it take for Pollies to ship?
After the Pollie Moment is completed, all orders (including pre-order orders) are processed immediately. In our studio in Belgium, we carefully handcraft each handbag to ensure a sustainable and high-quality product that perfectly matches the desired look and feel of each customer. Your order will then be shipped 4 weeks after the Pollie Moment is completed. The specific shipping date for your Pollie(s) can be found in your confirmation email. We look forward to creating your perfect accessory!
What is the best way to clean my Pollie?
For the outside of your Pollie: Take a soft magic sponge, the secret weapon that effortlessly makes stains disappear. Moisten the sponge slightly with lukewarm water and wipe the stains away with soft, and of course loving, movements. Then all you have to do is pat the surface dry with a clean cloth and let your Pollie air dry.
Want to freshen up your Pollie's lining? No problem! Start by emptying your bag and wiping away any dust. If there are any stains, grab a microfiber cloth, magic sponge or soft cotton cloth and gently dab with a mild soap or a special fabric stain remover. Rinse with lukewarm water and let it air dry before putting your stuff back. If there are still any nasty odors, you can lightly spray a mixture of water and vinegar over the lining and let it dry. Your Pollie will smell fresh and fruity again!
